Established in 2014, we have continually embraced new manufacturing processes, materials, and technology evaluations to ensure the highest quality production. One of our innovations is the Rotating Crimping Operation, which significantly increases the pull force of end fittings for inner cables, accommodating diameters up to 25.00 mm. Our capabilities extend to support a wide range of production requirements, from simple fabricated metal parts to fully assembled products with painting facilities, ready for direct shipment. We specialize in high-precision CNC, VMC, and Honing machining solutions, maintaining strict tolerances to assure quality and shorten lead times.
Our organization is actively pursuing Value Engineering initiatives to enhance profitability, and we boast an in-house Tool Room Facility for creating fixtures, gauges, and tooling. Nobble Cables is proud to hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and is on a journey towards IRIS: REV 03 (ISO TS/22163) and EN 15085 certifications.
We've successfully completed the development of components compliant with Indian RDSO standards for Graduated Release Compressed Air Brake Equipment for Freight & Coaching stock, as well as Brake Slack Adjuster, meeting the requirements of the Research Design & Standards Organization.
